1. Can I register as a customer?
Is your company interested in becoming a client of Hole in the Wall? Then you can register online by creating an account. You can do this by clicking "register" at the top right of the screen. You can also here to register. If you registered as a customer, you will receive a confirmation by email.

To order through Hole in the Wall, we need the following information from you:

2. How do I place an order?
Once you are logged in, you can place your order through the site. You can also place your order by email at the following email address: [email protected]
3. Do I have to pay VAT?
The prices on the site are prices excluding VAT. For orders within the Netherlands, VAT wil be charged. For the other European countries no VAT will be charged if you we already know your VAT number. Outside Europe, no VAT number is required.
4. Can I place an order at Hole in the Wall as a private customer ?
Unfortunately not. We are a wholesale supply business to business only. If you as a consumer are interested in a specific article of Hole in the Wall, you can contact us by phone or email. We will try to help you as much as possible.
5. Can I place orders from abroad?
We deliver to all countries within the Benelux, France and Germany. Outside of these countries the transportation costs will be discussed.
6. What are the shipping conditions?
DPD is our shipping partner. In the Netherlands we have free delivery on orders over € 100. Under 100€, 5€ per parcel will be charged. For deliveries outside the Netherlands there is a free delivery from 150€. For orders under 150€, 5€ per parcels will be charged. It is possible that there are special delivery conditions applying to your region. In that case we will contact you.
7. What the delivery conditions?
We strive to ship the orders as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the type of product, the inventory, the order size and destination. The expected delivery times are also shown in our products. However, this is an indication. If an article is not available, it may take up to three weeks to arrive to our warehouse. Questions about your order status, please feel free to contact our sales department.
8. What happens if a product is not (no longer) available?
If an item is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier. That may imply a delivery time of three weeks, if the article is still available at our supplier. It may happen that an article is no longer available. In that case we will contact you.
9. Is there a minimum order value?
In the Benelux, minimur order is 150€. Under this amount will be 10€ per parcels will be charged. In other countries, minimum order is 250€, under this amount will be 10€ per parcels will be charged.
10. Are all products with an official license?
We are a wholesaler specialized in license sales. We are leader in the sale of licensed products in the Benelux. All our items come with an official license. We also sell products with our own designs.
11. Is it possible to pre-order?
New articles will be posted as soon as possible. Once they are on the website it is possible to order them in advance. The expected delivery times are indicated on the respective products. However, this is only an indication. If an article is not available, it may take up to three weeks to arrive to our warehouse.
