1. Can I register as a customer?

2. How do I place an order?
Once you are logged in, you can place your order through the site. You can also place your order by email at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Do I have to pay VAT?
The prices on the site are prices excluding VAT. For orders within the Netherlands, VAT is currently charged. For the other European countries is that there is no VAT charged need to be if you have a VAT number and this is known to us. Outside Europe, no VAT number is required.
4. Can I as a consumer places an order at Hole in the Wall?
Unfortunately not. We are a wholesale supply business to business only. If you as a consumer are interested in a specific article of Hole in the Wall, you can phone or email contact us. We then try to further help as much as possible.
5. Can I place orders from abroad?
We deliver to all countries within the Benelux, France and Germany. Outside of these countries will be discussed the transportation costs.
6. What are the shipping terms?
DPD is our shipping partner. In the Netherlands we have free delivery on orders over € 100. Under the € 100 will be € 5 per box will be charged. For deliveries outside the Netherlands there is a free delivery from € 150. For orders under € 150 euro will be € 5, - per box will be charged. 7. What is the delivery?
We strive to ship everything as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends among other things on the type of product, inventory, order size and destination.
